Przemek has started his career in the area of project and contract management in telecommunications industry, working for multinational  companies both on supplier as well as operator side. Since the beginning of 2005 he has taken several leadership positions in BPO/SSC sector, specialising in setting up service centres in several Easter European countries. Przemek’s professional specialty may be described as building up multilingual and multifunctional service centres for global companies. Leading teams from 200 to 1200 people, typically located in several locations (based on a multi-site delivery principle), in Przemek’s view service delivery – even in the age of automation and robotics – remains a people business. Serving a multiplicity of clients  from diverse cultural circles and spanning all time zones requires taking into account a human factor, for which even a sophisticated technology can only be a support. A universe of continuous change and the complexities of change management are probably the best characteristics of the nature of a GBS leaader’s job.

As a natural consequence of his professional interests and the diverse environment he works in, in his private time Przemek enjoys travelling to places which are ‘less obvious but more exciting’.
